hy,
after testing and buying cut2d now I am working
and missing some funktions
Version 1.1
There is no drill tool at tools type selection at tool database
Output all toolpath in one file, not only files with the same tool
(ATC-Option)
Improvements:
Missing funktion only for 2D
called "milling the edge 45° with half diameter"
the CAM should have a manual funktion to set short vectors into the edge for milling out the edge 45° oder 90°
similar as to set taps
Its very helpful for 2D parts set together in the edge
See picture
Black is the drawing
Blue is the vektorcontur
Green is the Toolway
The short blue 45° vector is inserted with this funktion

Hello Helle,
You can add Drills, use the drop down list in the "Tool Type" section.
To do this, from the main menu, click on Edit, then Tool Database.
Please contact me at Support (at) vectric (dot) com if you are having problems with this.
I think that it is fairly well advertised that Cut2D does not support ATC commands, It does not seem to be a problem for most people who use Cut2D to send more than one file to the machine.
For anyone who has a physical toolchanger or has a requirement for ATC commands, VCarve Pro fully supports these.
There is a list of additional functionality of VCarve Pro over Cut2D.
