Upgrade Policy

Post by Willy »

I like to know what is the policy for upgrade from one version to the new release.

For example Cut2D version 1.100 to 2.00 or 3.00

Is this a free upgrade or mininal charges?

Thanks

Willy

since the big guys have not poped up when Vcarve came out with the new version if you had bought your copy within a year you had a free upgrade. ater that there was a fee for the upgrade.

Hi Willy,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

New customers receive Free Upgrades to newer versions of the software released in the year after they purchase. After this period upgrades will be charged for, and a decision on the pricing will be announced when this happens.

It's worth noting that Cut2D is the 'little brother' of VCarve Pro and we hope that Cut2D customers requiring additional drawing, design & toolpath functionality / flexibility would Upgrade to VCPro.

Tony
