I have a 6 svg files that I want to cut out of one piece of wood.
I open a new file and size it to 24 wide and 8 high. and the right thickness
Then I open 1 of the svg files and it appears I place it and then open another one and the screen reverts back to a past screen and different size and orientation and the other screen is gone.
What am I doing wrong.
Do they have to be in one file to be able to get them on one piece of wood
adding multiple svg files

Re: adding multiple svg files
I can't be sure for Cut 2D, but you have to import the svg file. If you open the svg file, it becomes a new project file. If you import it, you "paste" its content into the project you are working on.
Does it make sense?
Does it make sense?

Re: adding multiple svg files
That's correct. With Cut2D/VCarve/Aspire you need to start a new project and then import the files one by one from the File/Import menu or drag and drop from an explorer window.
