I Got a Mini Cooper car to cut out.
The file comes as a DXf file os I can open it in my Cut2d program
The problem that when they set up the parts it takes to make the car the put it all in 1 file.
It is huge 90 " by 39".
So it will have to be tiled out.
So I am looking for tutorial on how that is done.
Or some other way of breaking down the drawing by maybe selecting sections and saving them .
Then creating the toolpaths the cut parts out.
So any help would be great.
Thanks Jeff

Re: Christmas Gift
Import into cut2d, delete all except one piece, export as DXF, repeat. You can then import each DXF piece separately.

Re: Christmas Gift
You should be able to import the DXF and then select each individual part or group of parts and move them to a new layer. Once on the layer adjust position for cutting

Re: Christmas Gift
Thanks to both of you.
I will try that out
I was thinking that may be vectric would have a video tutorial covering this.
