size change

I have to build my file @ 200% in order to get the exact size I need on my cnc. Any ideas?
Have you calibrated your control software to the machine properly? If you tell the machine to move 6" with the control software directly does it move 6"?
If it does are you using the correct Post Processor for your control software? Do you have the control software set to work in the same scale (inches or mm) as the post processor you're using?
