off set and array icons

off set and array icons

if you have a dxf file placed on the layout . what are the steps using the off set and layout icons to duplicate the part to cut several of them.

You wouldn't really use the offset for that.

You can either use the nesting tool or array copy tool to create multiple copies.

ok i can get to that screen PERHAPS A DUMB ? do i click on array copy what i need is instructions of steps if you will after i get to array copyto add the same file i have placed on the board to make several of the same

From the top menu, click on "Help", then "Help Contents"
Scroll down to "The Offset and Layout Tool Group"
Click on them as needed to see documentation for each Icon
