Hi
I am unable to join any of my open vectors. I have attached the file. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
As usual this was going to be a quick job over the weekend!

It all depends on what you're trying to achieve with the final result. There are many ways of joining those vectors but without knowing what the end product is supposed to look like it's hard to give you 100% advice.
If you just want to cut the lines then create a profile toolpath and set it to be On rather than Inside or Outside.

Judging by your toolpath it appears the "triangle" parts are the ones you want.
Just draw one of them, then copy it 18 times.
If you cut it like the way you have them placed, you will have to use the "on" profile. If you use the inside or outside they will not all be the same size. Not sure if you are aware of that so I'm just pointing it out.
Typically you would want some space, determined by the tool you're using, in between each piece for cutting. See the attached as an example.
If you want them placed as you have them, no need to join vectors since you will have to cut on the vector.

Hi Adrian
Yes, setting it to cut on the line was the answer. Thanks for all the suggestions.
