I'm a noob and looking for a way to cut a 3D image with my CNC Piranha. I have the Cut2D program that came with the Pirnaha. I understand that I can't use the Cut2D with the 3D image just want to know if the machine will cut the 3D image.

The machine will certainly do it.
You can use the free Vector Art Machinist program to create 3D toolpaths that you can machine directly or load into Cut2D. It will only work with V3M models from the VectorArt3D website though.
You can use Cut3D to machine other 3D models or upgrade to VCarve.
