Cut2D doesn't have the fluting toolpath.

You could do a pocket cut and use a round nose tool to get a curve at the edges perhaps.

Cut2D Pro supports gadgets but Desktop and previous versions (1.5 and earlier) don't.

Dan,
Can you try downloading and installing the "Spiral Gadget" and see if it works with your CUT2D?
http://gadgets.vectric.com/spiral.html
If you can, there's a way to do it using Archimedes Spiral I played with once.
Dimensions of dish and size of largest Ball End bit you can use Please?
I'll toss some scrap on.
Oh, What wood?

Scott.....the dish is 6 in dia and .5 deep. Nothing critical just roughly. Wood will be maple cherry and walnut in a tumbling block design.
I can figure out how to do it in (cob bad) but Im trying to learn cut 2d for its potential
Thanks Dan

Sorry Dan,
I spaced the fact that you need Fluting Toolpath for both the Spiral and the Circular Arrayed lines anyway.
The two "Gommy" ones are Archimedes spirals---left is 120 wraps, right 210. You need CEL on Ballnose equivalent to depth of cut as it's a side cutting action. Seem to remember getting better results before, but they weren't 6" D.
Second smooth one was one line, Circular arrayed at.5Degrees 360 times. Ridiculous but smooth. Less line leaves nice scalloped edge.
Sorry for spacing you need Fluting Toolpath.
