Did you make a copy of the install file when you downloaded it from the original email you got when you purchased the program?
If not you'll have to email support@vectric.com from the email address you used when you bought the program and ask for a new download link.

YEP, the Vectric guys will take care of you. When you loss your PC its a bummmmmmmer. I know I lost a hard drive and a mother board. I'm beginning to think its personal.
