Hi,

It ain't a real girl, it's a piccy of our Jack Russell :)

This is all METRIC and it works :P

This is the first real Lithophane that I have done on 6 mm Corian, Glacier White.

I have some adjusting to do yet, but the signs are good.

30 degree v-bit configured as a ball nose of .78

Hi,

It took me a fair bit of research before I let the cutter on it :)

bsimages and a few others have had a lot to do with it and with Corian at the price I have to pay for it they had to be near on perfect :)

Hi George,

It is really good to have the CNC working and in one piece now, I don't know why it stopped working the first time but it caused the chip on the driver board to die.

I have stopped and started it a few times and it is currently cutting another lithophane now so I hope she is fixed :)

Got a big BBQ here tomorrow for all of the CNCers, should be good :)

Hi Kent,

I think Benny will have more than enough pictures :) for all of us but I will take the camera anyway :)

The only thing different is the table and the drive box are earthed with a common line and the other thing was the drive board has still got the cooling heat sinks on! I also bought a spare one just in case :)

Still cutting another lithophane, takes about 4 hours and it is real nice to set her going and then leave :)
