Pegasus
I took the original photo of Neptune and Pegasus in Las Vegas last year. I cut it as a Lithophane last night. It is 9 x 7.25 inches and took 4.5 hours to cut at 60 inches per minute with a 60 degree bit and a depth of 0.15 inch in a single pass with the Z zero set to -0.05.

I have attached an image of the setup screen. You may notice that it says that I am using a 0.03 ball nose bit. I Tell the software that, but I actually use a 60 or 45 degree V-bit. I cut the lithophane in one pass(no roughing pass), I then scrub it with soap and a stiff nylon brush and give it a clear coat of lacquer.
I hope this helps,
Bill
I for got to check "Invert light / dark areas" in the attached image, if you don't check this you will cut a negative lithophane and probably get very mad at me...sorry about that!
