Having great success

Postby althor1170 » Mon Apr 09, 2018 4:58 am

I really like making these, and everyone who sees them likes how unique they are. I took a half dozen to a convention this weekend and had them autographed.

Thanks. They were a big hit with the celebs. They all commented how unique they were. Cary Elwes even took a picture of his.

I use a 1/32 ball nose bit for the best detail with a 25% overlay and a max depth of .05 inches. General Finishes water based stain (usually Black Cherry, sometimes 2 coats), sand and seal.

Quick question...what is "25% overlay"?

Lesson, make two, if they like it give the second one to them with your signature and web on the back, you might get a couple of orders
