We have been working to streamline our processes and give our customers more of what they want. With the launch of version 9 imminent we felt that it was the perfect opportunity to launch our Vectric & Community (V&CO) initiative, a new and improved online portal designed with our customers in mind.
V&CO gives all of our customers access to a personalised account bringing together free products and projects they are entitled to regardless of what version of the software they are currently running.
Vectric Tip -If you want to be one of the first to upgrade to V9 when we launch it, make sure you have signed in to your V&CO customer portal account.
If you have an existing account you can log in by going to
https://portal.vectric.com/. All you need is the e-mail address your software is registered with.
If you don’t have an existing portal account, use your registered e-mail address to sign up. You will be sent a verification e-mail with the opportunity to create your password. If you don't know your registered e-mail address, or if you no longer have access to that email account please contact support on
support@vectric.comIf you purchased through one of our hardware partners and you haven’t yet registered your software, you will need to do this before you can access your V&CO account.
Please note - the only way you will be able to upgrade is through your V&CO account!
