This is our grand daughter, did this a while ago just to dry. Never did one so small .

WOW. what size cutter did you use for this?. It would make a great little business card.

Thanks Brian I used a 30 degree vbit 1/8 shank but in the software I put in .030 ballmill

The material is sign plastic and its a cast plastic. It's .125 thick x around two inches by one and a half inch , somewhere around that. I may try one even smaller and see how small you can go before the detail is gone lol.
