I used a .0625 ball nose bit carving .12 deep with a rpm of 16,000 and feed rate of 80 ipm. The size of corian is .25 thick and measures 3.75 inch wide x 3.125 high and took 1-3/4 hrs.

Thanks Tony, never really thought about actual night lights even though you said that's what it was in the title
I always thought this sort of thing was just for display purposes, still haven't got round to making one although having a few problems with wood photo carving.
