I managed to get a great amount of detail in these picture's, I also managed to photoshop the persons personalised number plate into the merc pic, including it in the reflection was the hardest part.

Those are great. I haven't tried a PVC in wood, but have done more in corian then I could count. I have been thinking of doing some. Any particulars you'd share ?

Thank you. I always use a 0.1mm step over with a 1Bn, this I have found gives the best amount of detail. Programme run time's can be abit lengthy, the Merc took almost 3 hrs, but thats also because my cnc controller is not that good as the likes of say Mach3, but also dependant on size of pic too.
