first photo in aluminum

Any feedback, good or bad would be great. Approx. 6" x 4", aluminum.
60 degree V-bit w. .005 flat. Max cut depth .030 in 1 pass, coolant on.
Scotch-brite surface, then filled w/ black ink, then scotch-brite again till result.

Thanks. Not sure which is nicer, my machining or the girl. I've done a few wood photos
with not great results. I'm sure it's me, my forte is metal so I thought id' try it. Next is brass.

great looking job.. i also work in metal mostly jewlery type stuff. would like to talk with you more in deepth on what you are doing and the machine you are working with.

i'm running a home built sheen wit moch3 and home made drivers. am stuck right now with a small working area (4"x11")
but that lets meplay for now.

Aluminum...how cool!

My wife (ahem) has what appears to be a ceramic fired, tea candle lamp shade that has the qualities of photo V-carve.
The candle light makes the lamp shade come to life.
Its circular and tapered at the top like a conventional shade. Damned if I can figure out how they made it.
Its like it was cast.
