Best Photocarve work I've seen in wood to date. Nice job! I'm also curious to know what would you use. What are your average run times with those bits? I plugged in some config info based on your screen shot and it was saying around 30 hours to cut the picture I uploaded which wasn't even complex. That seemed way too long. This was for a 5" x 8" cut.

Thanks for any info.

Hello Markus,

I have been looking at your you tube vids and these look really fantastic!

So can you give us a clue on your finishing technique yet or is it a secret? ;)

I have been trying to cut my wedding photo in maple. I can get the cut quality to look about par with yours but i keep stuffing it up on the finishing part

Yes, no power, no water just a beautiful litttle clean stream.
It was a lovely time, best summer of my life.
Got too difficult to get out there when winter came, though

You've definitely mastered the process.

I did see in one of your videos that you're running 3600mm/min (141ipm) but what are your other settings, bits you use? Any finishing tips you can share would be GREATLY appreciated by many of us.

Also, great idea for the DIY vacuum table. Sometimes things don't have to be complicated to work.

Any help for us new guys? (Or seasoned guys that would mind some pointers).
