Hey all, just wanted to share one of my latest PVC.

Size: 17.3x7.0
Bit: 70deg engraving bit, .0003 tip
Stepover: 120%
Line Angle: 315.0
Contrast: 0%
Max Depth: 0.03

Input welcome on this cut.

This one is cut on European Beech. Three layers of clear, then Ebony stain, bit of sanding, then cleared a couple more times.

How long did it take with finishing etc.(not including drying time)

Prep time (sanding and clear coat 2x), maybe 10 minutes (left it over night to dry).
Cut time was around 25 minutes.
Staining took all of maybe 5 minutes.
Then another couple of coats of clear, another 5 minutes or so.

I would guess you could get 15-30 bucks for it depending on how/where you market it and assuming chevy didn't come after you :lol:

The source picture I used for this was hand drawn by my cuz for one of his cliants that owns that car. So the guy has a hand drawn picture, and now a wooden engraving of it as well.
