Here are some lithophanes ive made...
Re: Some lithos ive made so far
I've made quite a few with similar pictures but you do realize that those nudes are not safe for work, right? Might want to post something in your thread titles warning people of content.
When I want your opinion, I will give it to you.
Re: Some lithos ive made so far
Ooopss!! Sorry, didnt think it may offend someone cause it isnt nudity as in pornographic pictures, i thought as it was artistic it would not be a problem, sorry, i will correct title =)

Re: Some lithos ive made so far
May I ask what machine are you running these on that you can go 180IPM on the finish? At those speeds on my machine it will roll the corners. Mine just can't keep up. I'm looking into purchasing a new machine in the next two years. And was curious what you guys use to get such great quality?
Thanks
Thanks

Top job Don. What sort of material did you use - doesn't look like corian and appears to be very thin.

Any chance you'd care to share your height settings?

Re: Some lithos ive made so far
Not sure why anyone wood be offended by artistic pics... they probably don't watch prime time tv either!! I did some similiar and got compliments from buyer. I don't publish my work as they are usually paid for by a client and don't feel like asking for permission. But some of mine wood definitely offend those who think yours are distastefull.
Re: Some lithos ive made so far
I think the issue Cdat has raised is for those forum members who may be looking at the site during their work lunch break etc. Many employers have monitoring software and anything nude can be trapped and the employee subject to the third degree irrespective of the mildness of the content.
Could you advise as to the type and thickness of the material that you used as they are brilliant quality.

I agree with jhedlund58 ... unfortunatelly Donmaceloco is not a registered user anymore. In my opinion he had also very interesting work to share.
