It is about 9.5 X 6.5 I used Bisque corian What I like to do now is I zero off the table then run my bit to .25 and rezero it there. I found that there is a little difference in the thickness. I used a .125 ballnose bit at .18 with a 50% step over. for the rough and then a .062 ballnose at .185 with a 9%step over for the finish. I like to take just a little more off on my finish as it seems to clean up the Striation better.
