Hi folks, been awhile since doing much on the machine, still working on more like the cougar and moose I got from vector art, they are going to look very cool when finished, any way here's a few more intarsia pieces I did on cut 3d, also used silo and sculptris to model and photo shop to make the pattern's, aspire would be so much easier I'm sure.the grizzly is not an intarsia as you can see but thought I,d put it here, It was cut in 4 slices. the base ball scene was made for my new grandson and lightning McQueen is for my oldest grandson.hope you enjoy. thanks for looking. Graham

Beautiful work!

I love the 3d bear.

Great job..

Love the bear and the lighting McQueen. Great job hope to see more sliced 3D. I'm not clear how the program is created and the object modeled.

Ok some new ones, racoons are carving and painted, rest are intarsia. I final going to concentrate on my intarsia and do whole sale , my Daughter want's to be my sales rep so we will see how far we can go with this. I will be purchasing cut 2d and see what If I can cut out the pieces on the cnc router instead of the scroll saw then use cut 3d to shape as I do now. I had 2 beautiful models from vectric, the cougar and moose but lost them in a computer crash  what a shame. be seeing more of me soon. Oh how many of you cut thick inlays on your machine? That is some beautiful work there.

Would love to see some progress of how you do it.

Graham,
If you bought them from Vectric I am sure they have a copy of the sale and will replace them for you :D
