My router is an older ShopBot PR, which is slow, and doing the .01 stepover on the 'finish' path
it took about an hour to cut. The 'rough' was only about 30 min. Sanding was done with a combo
of Dremel tools, and hand work, which as I remember was about an hour. I brushed a coat of
sanding sealer, and after that dried, did a fine sanding using 220, and that was about another
30 min. Most of the sanding work was round the edges to cleanup where the 'tabs' were attached,
and the stepover marks were deeper.
