Here is a project I did as a gift for a friend, that collects rooster's.
Is about 8" high, from 3/4" walnut. Used a 1/8" ball nose bit, with a .01 stepover.
This is only the 'top' side of the Rooster sample file. provided with Cut3D.

Dave, Dasch, Jay: Thanks for the nice words, it was a fun item to do.
Dasch, Special thanks to you, for sharing your models, I really enjoy all that you have done !!
Jack....
My router is an older ShopBot PR, which is slow, and doing the .01 stepover on the 'finish' path
it took about an hour to cut. The 'rough' was only about 30 min. Sanding was done with a combo
of Dremel tools, and hand work, which as I remember was about an hour. I brushed a coat of
sanding sealer, and after that dried, did a fine sanding using 220, and that was about another
30 min. Most of the sanding work was round the edges to cleanup where the 'tabs' were attached,
and the stepover marks were deeper.
