Grape Plaque.

Post by Paul_n »

Finished cutting a bunch of grapes on a plaque today, using Cut3D.

The finished part is about 12" x 10", and cut in 3/4" MFD, using a
1/8" ball nose bit. Much of the design was created in ModelMill.

Very Good! :P

I like it! I've never heard of modelmill. Did you model this from the ground up? Very good if you did! You definitely have a talent.

Keep up the good work.

Gotta look up ModelMill!

Hey Dave....

Thanks for the kind works....

The story on ModelMill, is that it 'was' written 6 or 7 years ago, and was never
finished. The two brothers, set it aside, and wrote what is sold as Enroute-Pro
today.

Some of the parts in the grapes were developed elsewhere, and I just added
parts together....

One of the problems with ModelMill, is that it will only export a 3D, .dxf file, and
some of these files become 'huge'. I think this one was over 100MB.
