Same problem!
I have just been looking at a post from Barney(Busilletto) in the Vcarve general forum, and he beats me to almost the same question. I have been using VectorArt 3D and Cut3D on a Tekcel machine which has now been sold, so I am now using an Australian made Multicam Router which uses the AXYZ controller and Toolpath software, also from AXYZ. The native file is *.rdy, but you can feed it Gcode through the sofware. You have to dowload the Rdy file from toolpath on the computer, to the controller on the machine, which stores the program in flash ram. Max progam size flashram is able to store is about 2.5 meg, thats a big problem with large 3d files. Is there any way to split the Gcode into chunks That I could send to the machine sequentially, i.e. a macro or java script that one could use on the Gcode.
