Finishing is removing tabs when double sided milling

Post by KipCarpenter »

He There,

I am performing a double sided milling project. I have successfully flipped my material and realign it and hit the correction origin. However, for some reason all the tabs are being milled off after I flip. I do not have a cut out tool path checked. Any thoughts? This is becoming quite anything as my parts falls to the bottom of my miller and the finishings passes dont hit the part. Please help!

Are you using 3d tabs??
If not, of course it's gonna cut them out.

I think my tabs are not placed correctly and the machine is milling them off due to the fact that I am going 10mm past the middle point. Im going to give this a try.
