2d .ai file into 3d file for 3D cut

I need to convert a 2D .ai file into a 3D model that I can use in Cut 3D or Machinist 3D. Can anyone tell me how to do this or is there a company I can hire to convert for me?

What is the model of? There are different options depending on the complexity of it.
