Is there anyone that has or know where i can get a program that will cut a pair of colt 1911 grips using cut 3d.

What file types can Cut3D open/import?

It looks like it will open STL Files

Give this a try. Counter sinks for screws not included. I do those manually (as in "by hand") with a stepped drill bit. Double check the screw spacing.
