I make plastic injection molds that tend to have a lot of channels and other other 3d features for which I find it best to use two roughing passes (a larger cutter followed by a smaller one). What I would find incredibly useful (and time saving) would be to add a menu item of None in the Roughing Toolpath:Toolpath Parameters:Strategy:Z Level while still doing the profile cut. I'm hoping this would be a fairly trivial change.
Being able to remove the Raster path while leaving the profile could also be used as a way of restricting a finishing pass in a pocket if they used the roughing mode for their finishing pass. Of course, having a second roughing toolpath (again with at least the second one allowing the profile only) would make things even easier, but that would require a bit more programming.
