A quick question about the 3D tools paths created by Cut3D and those created by Aspire. Are they using the same rendering engine or is the Aspire engine enhanced? At present I am using Cut3d to cut STL files created with a scanning probe. I down loaded the trial version of Aspire and created rough and finishing tool paths. There doesn’t seem to be any more control options when creating the tool paths in Aspire, in some cases less. I compared the previews and there was some slight differences but not a lot. The proof would be in the cutting but I can’t do that with the trail version.
Thanks for any ideas on this.
