I want to cut below Bottom

I would like to cut past the material and into the bottom so a ball end mill will cut perfectly for the full depth of the part. Cut3D gives an "Invalid" error if I try to lower the cutplane. Is there anyway to do this?

I just had an Idea how to do it: Give an artificially tall material size and have the part be the same distance from the top giving a bit of cut through. I'll try that.

its more of a caution warning than anything, I always cut deeper than the material depth and get the error but just ignore it.
