The carving is .625 deep on each side, what you see is the first side of each panel, left side is the rough pass, right is the finish . I will run the finish on the left tomorrow then flip and repeat for the other side...smaller panels just did not look good. And yes. we are slow...
John, James Booth modeled the file.

Gene,
From a marketing standpoint, how do you find these cool jobs to work on?

Re: Entry door panels
Nice project Gene,
The deeper the cut the better I always say.
Question;
What type of wood are you using?
As for the marketing, I would guess you have a very good reputation.

No we were not affected...the area is around 900 miles north of us we are at the tip "lands end"....but a month ago there were several quakes in our area 5.5 to 6.5 we felt those....cannot remember the term but felt like very strong explosions...
Thanks for asking

i have a 2001 prt with some 3.27 or so drivers.
turns out good results though.
are you running 2" per sec and 10% stepover?
i've been running 2.35/sec and it seems to have found its groove.
