...still fighting for the job. Everyone loves it but no deposit yet...so I keep hacking out frames to sell to whoever wants one...this one will sell for $295. I hope to be able to cut some next week from the walnut shown in the photo.

Where did you get the design for the frame? I really like it. Did you do a glue up and machien it all at once? Also how long did it take?
One more question.... What did you paint it with to get that green patina look?

I had it modeled in Aspire for me. This one took just under 10 hre total to grind out...I have an older shopbot that runs great just a little slow, we call her 'Betty" It was cut from a one piece blank similar to the attached photo. A little hand sanding, wire brushed, blue acrylic paint, hand sand to burn off some of the paint, seal, black glaze, 3 coats clear finish.
