Hi Rick, very nice as are the others. The image posted here is actually high enough quality for the site so I will "borrow" that if I may? I really need to spend some time to update the gallery on the site as I have a bunch of stuff to add. So hopefully look out for this one and the others in the next week...

Great work, very nice finish. How do you do it? I just cut a 2.5 emblem and have tried a few different ways to get it smooth were the detail is below other surfaces. So far not really happy with my results.

Thanks George

Finish I use spray lacquer with wool wax after.

Detail I don't change anything from the file I got from James but what I do is tell Cut 3D I am using a 1/16" ballnose with 5% step over (I am not home so don't quote me just a guess for now I will check and let you know if it different) and use 3/32" ballnose. I don't have to sand it every much I think I may have sanded this one about maybe a 1 minute on the outside edge.

I hope this helps.

Rick

That is how I got started I made one for my dad than everyone was asking me to make one for them. Well maybe not everyone but it seems to snow ball when you make one there will be more to follow.
