Neat idea...

If you don't mind saying... where in Colorado are you? I'm in Estes Park.

PHEW
When I first read your post I believed you had cut it with handtools and though what a time consuming job :D
Then I read your post again and it made sense.
Great job.
Cheers

I just love it.

Use a CNC machine to promote using hand tools.

I also like hand tools.

You have to know how to use hand tools. I enjoy using them and teaching others how to use them.
Thank You

Oh how I wish that I still could but my hands are too weak, I even need help tightening the collet nut :(
I think I expressed myself wrongly in my first post.
What I meant was:
"What a monumental effort".
