Became a grandpap again on Thurs July 19 and Carved about 5 of these for grandparents and parents. Wood is cherry and its about 8.5x11.

That's definitely special, I'm sure it's very appreciated by all. I intend to "borrow" your design when I become a grandpa. I have no idea how far off in the future that may be but I hope it's OK with you.

Hopefully I will be a Grandpa again in a year or so. If I would know that being a Grandparent was this much fun, I would have done that first. I would like to borrow your design also. I am new to this whole CNC thing so, could you elaborate on the process to make your piece. Where did you buy the artwork for the blocks?What about the banner under the blocks? What software did you use to put it together.

Now what was the routing process? Router bits and such.
